Small Town Glory Part II

Next stop is Gerroa.

We left Jervis Bay just before lunch time heading to a local winery called Two Figs Winery on our way to Gerroa. The winery is located on top of a hill and the view was incredibly stunning; overlooking a river, vineyards and glimpse of a town nearby.

Not only that, the wine tasting menu wasn’t too shabby as well. It’s only appropriate to brought a couple back with us, I guess…

Anyways, we arrived at Gerroa in the late arvo, dropped our stuff to where we stayed and head to the beach right after; watching sunset with a glass of white wine, some cheese and crackers. ;)

We woke up early in the morning (again) to see sunrise at Bombo Quarry. Another chilly morning, (I believe it was around 2 degrees) we braved ourself walking in the dark to get to the rock formations.

It was definitely worth it at the end though.

Before heading back to Sydney, we decided to go to Berry and get some food. (I meant doughnuts…). Got myself a banana milkshake too, it was so good, soooo good.

Then, to end the trip, we decided to make a last stop at Wollongong (it is on the way to Sydney anyway, so why not) and went to a place called Dagwood.

The pork roll was the bomb, the burger was pretty good too!

What a way to end a road trip though.

Thanks to Ford (@fordaustralia) for the amazing Kuga and
Brathwait for the beautiful watch!
